Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the contractual relationship between the provider and its customers.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts for the use of LidoOS services between the provider and the customer.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract comes into force with the customer's order and confirmation by the provider.
3. Services
The scope and specification of services result from the selected package and associated service description.
4. Prices and payment
Monthly billing applies. All prices are exclusive of VAT. The contract can be terminated monthly.
5. Duration and termination
Unless otherwise agreed, the contract runs indefinitely and may be terminated at the end of each billing period.
6. General provisions
German law applies. Should any provision become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
